Checkout displays the country quote, parcel weight, shipping method, and estimated delivery days before payment. Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carrier handoff, customs checks, weather, or local holidays.
Tracking
When a shipment is created, customers can use the order lookup area with the order number and purchase email. Tracking appears after the carrier scan is available, and support can help check delayed updates.
Address changes
If the address is wrong, contact support as quickly as possible with the order number and purchase email. Address changes are only possible before the order is handed to the logistics provider.
Customs and local fees
If a destination applies local import duties, tax, or carrier handling fees, those charges may be collected by the carrier or local authority. Support can help confirm destination expectations before purchase.
